Yes. On Navarre Beach, stairs and decks are exposed to salt and wind every day. We'll look at the framing as well as the boards and give you a written estimate. We'll also check what the county requires for the rebuild.
How long does a Navarre bathroom remodel take?
It depends on the size and what's being changed. Once we've seen the room, the written estimate includes a realistic schedule, so you can plan around it, PCS dates included.
Does my HOA in Navarre need to approve a patio?
Many Navarre subdivisions do review patios and anything else that changes the lot. Check with your HOA. We'll give you a drawing and description of the work to submit.
